Indian percussionist Trilok Gurtu connects the music of India and Africa on African Fantasy, his eighth album. Already an expert in the traditional music of his homeland, the percussionist explores the rhythms of Africa which, along with several guest African vocalists, convincingly creates a true fusion of the two styles.
