1.1. F. O. H.
It shall be a professional system, stereo and phase checked, able to produce high volume if necessary, according to the venue’s size.
It shall be necessary 101 dB evenly distributed throughout the venue.
Ex: Meyer Sound; E.V. (Array or Deltamax Series); TurboSound (Flash or FloodLight); Nexo (Alpha); Community (RS Series)

1.2. Mixing Desk
We will require 1*16ch F.O.H. desks with 4 sub-groups, 4 band eq. sweepable, 6 aux. buses, insert points on each channel, sub-group and main mix.
Ex: Midas (XL2, 200, 3, 4), SoundCraft ( Europa, Vienna II) or Yamaha ( PM 3000,3500, 4000).

1.3. Drive System
1*Graphic Equaliser KlarkTeknik DN27, DN360, BSS 960 or XTA
1*Spectrum Analyser BSS FDS 926
Amplification able to drive the system with a large headroom before saturation.
Ex: Crest Audio,Crown, QSC, Carver, etc.

1.4. Out. Board
A minimum of 2 effects processor:
Ex: TC. Electronics M2000,3000 or 5000, Lexicon 380, PCM91 (Aux 5 & 6).
1 Compressor BSS DPR 402 or equivalent (De-esser must be available).

1 CD Player
1 DAT recorder patched to the send on sub ¾ insert.

6. Record / broadcast
Any kind of recording/broadcasting of this show must be previously authorised by our management.
Only the FOH engineer shall provide the signal feed for this recording.

7. This technical rider concerning the sound quality for the artist’s performance must be totally fulfilled so that the purchaser and audience alike will receive the best possible sound.

It’s agreed that the artist’s production manager shall have absolute authority in controlling both sound equipment and local crew during sound-check and performance.

The equipment shall be in place and fully operational prior to the band’s back-line load in time. Qualified technicians shall be present during rehearsal and performance to solve any problems that may occur with the sound systems.
